$300 Diet and Metabolic Efficiency
A diet analysis is done and a guide is developed to help increase your metabolic efficiency and meet your performance and health-related goals.
This is for 1 month of communication and refinement.
150$ a month for every month after. You do want to make shifts and changes throughout the year.
